Saw this headphones on sale recently, and it is back on sale for $395 (RRP $625, 37% off). Not as cheap as the one sold by other seller (posted here recently), but this is Amazon AU all time low based on camel3x.

Only black available for that price.

  How much of an upgrade are these to sony XM3's?

    They are newer so more readily comparable to XM5's it seems (you can find some comparisons with a quick google). Both SM4 and XM5 are in the same ball park quality and price wise so it'll come down to your preference on fit, audio sound and noise cancelling.
