    Sure. We try to be as flexible as we can, as we genuinely want you to love your pillow. So you have 30 days from the day you receive the pillow to return it to us if it is not right for you. You can return it for a refund, or you can exchange it for an alternative pillow. If the pillow arrives to your damaged, faulty or not as described then we will refund you for the cost of the return postage. If you return the pillow because it's simply not for you or you change your mind then you cover the cost of the return postage.

  Was going to order a few days ago, glad I held out. Thanks OP. Just wondering, could you summarise the differences between the therapeutic and the stop snore?

    They are very similar pillows - same shape, length & height. The only difference is the density. 'The Stop Snore' is marginally softer, and designed to open up the airways while you sleep. 'The Therapeutic' has a little more density to ensure absolute head & neck support for alignment during sleep.
