Geez, it's like we stopped trying

waiting for something similar, even ok with 1200 or 1300ish. Seems like will be a long wait.

      • Samsung need to milk the seven generations of operating system (OS) updates and seven years of security updates for S24 series

For the number of sales they do worldwide, thats not much of an expense for them. I mean for this price, you can buy fairly 2 high end phones one now and another 3 years down the line. Get 2 hardwares and in total 6 years worth of upgrades.

    • lets see in 8 days

      • Any moment now…

    I hope you are kidding.

  • What price are we targeting? I believe the sweet spot for s23u was reached in April 23.

    • Sweetest for s23U was pre-order.

Expecting the same this year too, s24U preorder was heavily discounted.

      • Yeah i got s24 iltra 512gb for about $1250 pre order with $1 trade in

      • Hmmm may wait for s25u. My s21u still going strong and will get ui6.1 by mid year

        • Thanks for the update

  • +2

I remember getting S23U for $1100 around this time last year!

    • I got a s24u for less than that a few months ago

      • Without the use of Samsung Edu/EPP?

        • Without edu EPP, it wasn't too far off. Within under $100 on top of that but there was cash rewards to neutralise it.

  • JB is giving additional $200 gift card. Also you can earn extra $250 trade-in bonus which make JB lot lower than anyone else . And if you have GCs you can use that well

    poor deal

  • Paid 1250 for this via Samsung and no trade in.
    Not the greatest deal

  • +1

Is this a joke post? $2000?
    That is more than launch.

Come on OP $2000 for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, you can do better ?!

  • This is a typical example how far you're to be a true ozbargainer : )

  • It might be worth checking historical pricing first OP before getting smacked with negs.

Sorry I will only pay double if it is this an apple product, apple can take all my money.

  • $2000 it is NOT a bargain… come on dude….
