I got one with an iGPU on my last build, even though I didn't explicitly need it.
Actually came in handy when using the PC for Jellyfin, since all the encoding is now via Intel QuickSync and makes no impact if someone is streaming while I play games
I strongly recommend anyone to get a K unit with an iGPU where feasible
I have entertained getting a KF previously to save a few dollars, I currently have a 12600K and I turned my computer on a few months ago to have a game, once it had booted up I was met by a black screen. Tried lots of things including re-seating my GPU, I was almost convinced it was dead and was ready to begin the Warranty process. I decided to plug my monitor into the motherboard Display Port to utilize the iGPU so I could jump on and talk to some friends via Discord
Turns out Windows 10 made the awesome decision to automatically update my display driver with some random non-working display driver. I managed to roll it back and fix the issue, but had I not had an iGPU to fall back on I probably would have wasted a lot of time / money
Yeah, the iGPU is way too useful to be worth the ~$30-40 saving, but on the other hand that saving is what let it be competitive in budget build (in conjunction with using a DDR4 board) compared to the 7600, while outperforming the 5600 by a solid margin (there's a $5 price difference now between the two after the latest 12600KF price cut in the states, but we have the 5600 for cheaper here for some reason).

You can save an additional $55 by using the stock 7600 cooler, and AM5 has upgradability for at least 1 more generation (though you can also drop in a 14600K or something in a couple of years if the prices are reasonable), but just off raw performance its a fairly good deal.
