Woolloongabba Queensland, ordered 12 x 4 pack, and they only had 12 cans for me to pick up. After a bit of back-and-forth politely, the manager filled the order with the grape and tropical flavours.

I ordered 4 x 4 packs for $15, click and collect.
When I got there, I was given 3 x 4 packs, LoL the guy said that the online had given the price that was supposed to be for 3 packs. Creative.

Got there - they said the order comes through as 12 cans not 12 x 4 packs; I didn't argue as kids asleep in car (with wife) so I accepted refund and ran back.
After reading the forum to get some dutch courage, I realised how stupid I was not to argue with teh store - so I complained on the human chat on website - they refunded me (AGAIN), and offered $15 voucher after some pushing and explicit request.
So I'm now $45 credit up on the card, plus a $15 voucher - but no seltzers.
Doesnt make sense if you actually got 2 refunds. Lol but congrats
Got a call today as I still haven't go pick up that the order will be cancelled and refund. Didn't argue with him ah well
Paid $45, got 3x4pk (12) was told to speak to online support for refund as it's online. Online refusing ANY refund, even a partial for false advertising because I 'picked up the order' despite me claiming it's impomplete. Complete jerk around.

Although maybe for the better considering how godawful these taste. Wouldn't have even bothered at $10 a case.

I mean tbf I'm not sure why you accepted the pick up and walked out. That to anyone not physically present signals agreement with the terms of the sale.
You can claim "I didn't accept pick up because I thought it was 3 cases" but not "I accepted the pick up but now think I'm owed more".
@pennypincher98: He conned me with 'because you bought online, I can't refund!' and I still had an order to collect, which I assumed would be fulfilled for what I paid for what was advertised. I didn't just want extra, I wanted the cans I paid for. But you're right, like Icarus I flew to close to the sun.
But, I had the last laugh. Pulled a Karen today, demanded to speak to a manager claiming false advertising as I wouldn't have purchased had the correct price shown, despite them hiding behind price error guidelines.
I pulled fair trading rules around 'deceptive advertising' out of my pocket and they finally relented and refunded me. No vouchers but I got the original 12 cans gratis so overall can't complain.
@Skinnerr: That certainly is a lot of effort to get a refund, but hopefully now you've learnt from it.

My order just got cancelled, but after reading the negative reviews of the drink I’m not mad about it.
Got a call today advising the order will be honoured following direction from their online team.
Update: Arrived instore and the order was not honoured, staff made a mistake apparently. Got a refund and they sold me three packs for $5 a pop so ended ok.
