Service NSW doesn't allow payment via Amex, but I want to earn points on paying a $512 fine.
What's the best way to use Amex to pay the fine (probably using a digital credit card?) Has anyone done this before?

Snip allows you to use Amex to pay some bills using the Bpay option.
I just tested the NSW Revenue biller code 3384 and Snip recognises and identifies it correctly.Sniip, PaymentLogic or PayPal.
