I went to buy an item over $15, found one thats Ebay Plus, and theres no mention of any voucher. I went to my Ebay Plus page and reading the description of Plus there is no mention of any vouchers, has this changed?

I get sent 2x $5 eBay plus vouchers a month. One is minimum spend $50 and the other is minimum spend $35.
Yep, it changed recently.
That was the last straw for me. Amazon Prime and OnePass are my options for now. Not using OnePass as much as I thought I would though.

One pass is good for clearance items at K-mart. They will find it for you and send it to your door :D
It's very poor form - was the only reason I signed up and then all of a sudden they changed the $15 minimum needed to $35 without any notice - haven't used it since. I complained but, of course, using their terms and conditions, didn't get anywhere.

It still exists but you have to spend a minimum of $50, and some items are excluded. Actually, quite a lot of items are excluded:
