Is there a fee free St George account?
Archaic procedures. For Bank od Melbourne you have to go to a Branch to open your account and again to pick up the debit card. As they keep closing branches this can be difficult. Most likely the same for St George.
Still waiting on my card to arrive from opening an account Monday last week, hopefully it shows up today so I can get some deals

I opened St George online but need to go into a Branch to confirm id to unlock the account, even though did that online. With Bank of Melbourne I had an account but have to go into a branch to collect my card. Archaic. Why can all the other banks manage without this but they cannot? They keep closing branches, some people are not mobile this can be impossible for some.
$5 bonus from $75 spend. Just grabbed the home gift card which can be changed to eBay and Amazon.
Do you mean the $50 WFH card? That can't be swapped for eBay.
@InfamousCalf Different card. There is a 'Home' gift card that you can buy $75 value and it has both Amazon and eBay

@jobargain: once you buy it, ebay and amazon are an option to swap. There is nothing that states ebay and amazon on the home gift card page.
bought same, 1st time. could save in Prezzee, just redeem list is limited to as it is.
actually super swap may be better choice with more redeem since it is only 2.2% vs. 1.7% = 38c difference on $75 GC.

Last Westpac and St George eBay bonus was tracked for me with a code.
Using codes or not will always track. Ultimately if codes are not accepted, the tracked cashback will be rejected.
I have received both Amazon and eBay Westpac bonuses when the standard cashback was $0, none were rejected so far
This also works for Bank of Melbourne and BankSA cardholders too since they are essentially the same entity.

For the $5 bonus on $75 gift card, there is 4% cashback on a new swappable $50 True Rewards: Work From Home gift card. Can swap to Coles, Woolworths, Amazon, Bunnings etc (not eBay though). I bought one $50 gift card (swapped to Coles) and a different $25 gift card. Received the $5 bonus within 10 minutes.
Reading the details of the Coles and CW cash back it sounds like it is an in store purchase using card. Does anyone know if this is correct or do you need to order online through ShopBack app?

I'm new to the Westpac/St George "lounge" setup. Is it just a case of having your card linked on Shopback and then clicking through from the Shopback site?
I can't see any mention of the Coles 15% cashback on their site. And the "St George lounge" really says bugger all about how to do it.
Essentially yes. This morning I received an email from SB detailing how to do this.
The ShopBack app is more detailed and has more information on these offers. For some reason they don't put much effort into updating the westpac/st george lounge pages on their website.
Just ensure when you are taking advantage of any westpac/st george gift card deals that you remember to switch your card to your westpac/st george card at checkout and also make sure the "use cashback" toggle is off. Full payment must be made using your linked card, if you use your cashback balance to pay for a portion, you wont get the bonus cashback.
Don't be me and make this mistake, had to buy a secondary gift card to make up the difference

So my cashback details came through this morning from shopback - About 25cents. It recorded at the low rate despite paying with my linked (eligible) St George debit card and having the St George logo showing in the app.
Got the base tracking but no StG bonus yet
