  Do contact lenses offer blue light coatings ?

    Not aware of it being available on contact lenses in Australia. As far as I'm aware there is no proven benefit to "eye health" when blocking blue light, however for proper sleep regulation it's definitely beneficial. Would advise setting devices (phone/pc) to a regular "night light" aka blue light reducing mode from sunset-sunrise or similar where available.

  And get GOOD authentic blue light coating if your eyes are battling or even before they they are battling if staring at screens like we all are . At least the manufacturers are accepting the dangers of blue light now unlike pig headed medieval specsavers .
