  Just found out yesterday they bought Corporate Express, so now Bundy has a local Staples. Yet to sticky beak and see what's different.

I will never order from staples again after my last bad experience..

I placed an order and used a coupon code.

They put an authorisation for the full amount on my credit card

A week later the authorisation went. I waited another week, nothing.

I tried to call about the order status. Was on hold for over an hour. No one answered so I hung up.

I emailed about the order status. Was told it wasn't in stock so order cancelled. Order again as its now in stock.

However the coupon code now said it had already been used and can't be used again and customer service couldn't help me.

Total lack of communication from Staples and very unsatisfactory customer service.

staples have been a major shareholder of corporate express since 2008 and have have co-existed in a branding sense for many years … it only recently migrated over to staples and dropping the corporate express name from all it's products.

essentially the same as before except no more corporate express branding.
