      • I don't have doordash pass, but the code works. I wouldn't think it's targeted. Have you tried manually entering the code on orders over $40? Maybe try a different store?

        • It's okay I actually just tried the code in post and it works for Cole's for 50% off but SHOPDONTDROP doesn't work at Cole's, I will try another store though after using this code to see if it works

        • I tried IGA and also didn't work for me so may be targeted on new accounts but code in OPs post worked for me 2x at Cole's and used the doordash gift cards 10% off for 2x $16 shops at Cole's which was good

      Yep! I contacted Doordash as well and they helpfully passed me on to their internal department who simply told me to use a different mobile number to register for the account.

      The response from the second level team looked like a canned response which didn't try to understand what my particular issue was even though I had described it in detail to the person I spoke to on the phone, had provided screenshots and instructions on how to replicate. They kept asking if I have had an account with this number in the past or if there was a possibility that a friend/relative might have use this number to open an account. This was a new number starting with '0461'

      Found a couple of threads on Internet about it as well and my experience mirrors the experience of this person:

      I tend to agree with this person in that it's the company that provides the mobile number validation service that hasn't kept pace with the changes. I tried quite a few random numbers starting with '0461' and all of them came up with 'Number is invalid' error message. So looks like an entire prefix is impacted.

      What is your mobile number prefix? Is it '0461' as well?

        That is correct.

        0461 is a phone number prefix that was just recently bought by telstra (I believe end of Dec 2023)

        Most phone validator have not updated their logic to catch it.

        It will take probably 6 months to get it updated into all of phone validators database.

    Horrible services. I ordered groceries and have chosen refund if items are not available. The driver still got something else when the things I ordered were sold out. I contacted the driver immediately after he had reported to the app what he had got instead, I believed he was still in the store when I contacted him, he said his app showed substitute approved. I sent him the screenshot I had for refund, he didn't reply, not even knocked the door when arrived, he just left the bags at the front door and disappeared. I had connected with the online support before the driver arrived, online support said they need to "review" it with the billing team. They didn't care what I was saying and just end the conversation and not allow me to contact again regarding to this order. WTH
