Modern TVs use bluetooth remotes. I'd hope all WebOS "magic remotes" are compatible!

Yeah, one other expensive universal remote worked but not all the buttons. The aliexpress ones don't work at all. I don't think this TV is that new as I got it from a buy nothing group 😆
I think it's the same year as my Samsung TV which the Aliexpress remote works on

@bargaino: Oh, they gave it to us without the remote, can't complain since it's free . I do still have the AE one and the fancy one that semi works on it, how do I 'train' it?
Edit : oh I reread and did you mean get a specific learning remote? I've put a chromecast on it so I can use that remote and phone to control.
The software is certainly LG-licensed, but that does not mean it has one of their panels.
I doubt it is a rebadged LG TV - but I have a Linsar WebOS TV that thinks it's an LG TV. Even has me sign in with an LG account to use the LG app to control it.
