If you're serious, you should post it in feedback/suggestion discussion forum as mods actively check that.

Personally, I have Zyron products and they have all been great. I use their charger with phone and laptop and have the 65W version of this charger (because I need USB A). I understand this is all anecdotal and I have I have zero proof for these claims but they also have a responsive rep on ozb who help out with issues.

Same here, none of my Heymix/Zyron has failed …

I did return one as the case cracked as I switched from one travel plug to the other.

There has been multiple reported safety issues with Heymix. Mine performs ok but I leave it charging often and is thinking of buying a replacement to reduce the risk.

    • Just wonder what is the chance you convince Amazon to take down Heymix from their website? I believe you can always find Heymix on their first or second page.

A couple of users seemed to have issues with their products and now zyron is apparently rubbish? I have 2 of their chargers and they work constantly with my laptop, phone, headphones etc and they barely get warm. I may have go lucky, but I doubt it, things seem to get blown out of proportion and make these products seem like hand grenades which require pulling the pin out to charge anything.

      • No idea about Zyron but several Heymix chargers have been torn down and found to be essentially hand grenades.

Zyron has a pretty good reputation around here. People like the quality but also the fact it is an Australian company earns them a few points.
I have had 2 chargers for about 6 months. We’ll see if they last the 10 years I got from my anker chargers.

  • does it have the auto recognition feature or do we have to unplug the cable too

  • Great product would buy again

My Zyron died in the middle of my overseas trip, within waranty they replaced mine when i got back, plus point for an aussie business and have a prep on here

    • How did you get them to actually respond to you? I've contacted them twice and they've never responded to me…

      • You send them email and video that prove the charger not working as their instructions

        • Thanks mate, I wasn't able to find their email, just their chat box and their built-in enquiries.

I'll take another look at it tonight

  • Better to pay a bit more and get something from Anker imo

  • Anyone know where I could get just the cable

I'm after a figure 8 power cable with interchangeable international plugs like the one that comes with this?

  • It looks like the AU adapter is upside down which would block the powerpoint switch. Anyone had any issues?

    • An AU port upside down is just the Chinese port. Same 2 or 3 pin configuration, just upside down.

  • the price has increased to $79.99 now

    • Was already marked as expired more than an hour ago.

    • Back to $67.99 again.

  • I dont think my 65W 3 port is working properly.. but it was replaced already. I feel bad for asking for another replacement.

    • +2

They should feel bad for selling something that doesn't last.

    • I dont think my 65W 3 port is working properly.

Why not just say what the problem is? A few of us have the same one and can test configurations for you assuming similar use case.

      • The lowest output type-c port doesn't output at all.

        • I feel confident in saying that classifies as definitely not working.

        • The lowest output type-c port doesn't output at all.

Is it this charger? There are 3 ports, lets call it A1, C1, C2.

By lowest output type-c port are you referring to C2 not working at all? Or do you mean it is unable to charge something at the lowest rated output which according to specs is 5V3A?

          USB-C1/C2 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, 20V3.35A (67W Max)

Regardless, hit them up on chat and see what they can do. They have been very good in my experience.

Bought this last month, very solid product, no issue so far. Doesn’t feel like it’s low quality. Not sure others had any issue.

    • Good to know as mine is arriving on Thursday. The bonus selling points for me was the extension cable and travel case.

    • I got the power pod 100 unfortunately after unless a year of use the usbc ports don’t work anymore. Already tried to get in touch with Zyron but they don’t respond. Maybe their newer models are better
