    • different model, this is 4g/lte, even the model no is different
      zzzzzzzzz

    • Correct me if I'm wrong, but the one you linked is:
      - Not Australian stock
      - Does not have 2 years of warranty with Samsung Australia
      - Not Black
      - Not a 4G/LTE model

    • ^nowhere near an attention to detail (noting the 4G/LTE in the title aka a completely diff model to what you posted
      )

  • +1

    That's still very expensive.

  • Can you do better?

    • +1

Well, Balls can build it cheaper.

  • I'm going to buy this tonight if anyone can't give me a reason why I shouldn't.

    • The price will go down even more soon.

      • +2

like, 5 days soon (nexus 4)

        • Does the Nexus 4 have LTE?

        • +3

          nope, LTE overrated i think

        • +3

Tell that to people in 3G congested areas.

    • +1

4G will blow your wallet away

  • +1

Decent price for this phone, considering it includes GST. The extra gig of RAM over the 3G version is useful, as is the LTE in 3G congested areas.

    • Nexus 4 has 2gb ram as well

    • Yes true I have no doubt the Nexus 4 is a fast phone.

I just picked up a S3 4G two days ago and am now using it. So glad I didn't wait for the Nexus 4. The speeds on 4G are incredible - 40mbps down and 25mbps up are faster than what I get at home on ADSL2+.

And here in the Docklands - pages actually load. No point having a fast phone if the internet doesn't work properly.

  • Any deals on Galaxy s3 16GB model ??

  • If I bought it, do I need to PHYSICALLY take it overseas to claim GST back?

Because I'm flying out on saturday. So I could buy this, get an invoice with a suitable date, but I wouldn't actually have it posted to me in time to physically take it out of the country.

Edit: Rep, I know I'd much prefer an australian stock white 16gb. Any of those in stock?
Edit2: Ok nevermind. It's telstra branded but unlocked. Same as I've got now - If I'm paying that sort of money, I dont want to be flashing roms to get rid of the telstra boot screen, I want a factory unbranded phone.

    • Yes you physically have to have the phone on you and show it to the customs officer when you claim the GST back.

Not sure where you are located but if you are in Melbourne you should be able to pick it up thus not having to wait to get it posted.

      • Darn. Oh well. I'm miles away from any competitive phone seller.

  • When is this offer until? I want to wait a few days.

    • +1

      In the details

Until 15/11/2012 (Expires in 8 days)

  • This is the i9305T model, not i9305
It seems people have issues installing the custom ROM on this version..

  • $620 here + shipping. but can't add to cart
