I am on the free 6 months plan from Mastercard and have got the 80% off for the year offer. When I try to switch to the annual plan, I am getting a 'something went wrong' error.
Anyone else getting this and how do I get around it?
Have you tried cancelling your current subscription?
It must def be targeted, maybe to those who use the app regularly? I don’t, I’ve rolled onto my second 6 mth free offer - PayPal, now MC - but, don’t use UE unless I travel. I’d def buy a year for 80% though!
If you dont get it you can also try cancelling it put a reason relating to bad service and they usually give you an offer.
Mine was 3 months at $1Was offered 20% in app. Went to cancel and then offered 90% off for three months.
Also received offer for 80% off annual plan, but think I'll just keep my 6 months free for now.
