Largest cashback offer from David Jones in a long time? Not sure I've seen 16% and appears to be uncapped!

    I ordered this morning and when I did on the website there was no mention of it applying only to "Flash Sale" items only the excluded brands. My Cashback has tracked only at 2%….

      Yeah same here, there was no mention of any flash sale when I saw it as well. I have submitted an enquiry prior to the change but I know they will knock it back

      Yeah super sneaky and poor form from Cashrewards. I didn't take a screenshot at the time of the CB rates, but hopefully someone here might have and we can use as backup / supporting evidence.

        I didn't grab a screenshot either but they can't deny they changed the terms mid-offer and should be able to state the time they changed it on the website. I have also sent an e-mail asking for details.

      Yes it appears to be with the updated category, excluding those brands noted in the exclusions.

      The full terms and conditions on the website indicated 16% was valid for particular categories and then they did a switcheroo on the terms and offered a different cashback than advertised.
