      Yeah I would agree. TCB has a condition:
      Cashback is ineligible if using any Amazon credit as partial or full payment. If you have any promotional credits, please "untick the Promotional credit box" at the checkout page under Payment method > Your available balance.

          Once you click on a store, it says all the discounts, then under that it says cashback timeline and it tells you how many days a particular store takes to track
