    Mmm I was about to purchase this but realized that for the price after discount, we are only getting a 3.2cm thick memory foam…. rather than the standard 7cm-10cm thick ones sold for around $160-$190 Queen size (which is essentially around double the price as its double the thickness).

    Is 3.2cm thick really gonna make a difference?

      It kind of depends on your current mattress, if the springs are good the topper will act as a nice cushion and enhance the bed. If say you have a cheaper foam mattress it may not make much of a difference. The full Dunlop foam mattresses we sell have 6cm of memory foam on top of ~13-14 cm of normal foam and are very nice to sleep on.

      The memory foam is denser than normal foam and it will mould to your body shape to provide more support.

      They will absorb some heat as that is what helps activate the memory shaping properties of the foam, using a fitted sheet over it should help though.

      It's advised not to use an electric blanket or it will deteriorate the memory properties of the foam.

      Hi Figarow,

      This one is definately too thick, Memory foam mattresses use 6cm on top and 14cm base, so if you are intending to basically create a new mattress and have a crappy one like a cheap foam one, from clarks then this would go great on top. If you already have good mattress or half decent one , what they have is overkill.

I liked the memory foam topper i bought the last time from you guys but then i though 4 days from order to ship was too long. This time a week and counting….. quiet disappointed. will make me think twice the next time you have a special.

          was buying this for the GF. Was hoping it would get here within a couple of days so that if she liked it, I could buy more for the parents. Don't know now.

          You will lodge a complaint with Paypal? based on what? that i paid you right away?

          your customer service skills are beyond poor. Telling a customer to 'shut up'. saying you will make the customer wait 21 days just to spite them. Will complain to Paypal…. only demonstrates the sort of business you run. And then the lack of communication. Had you been more open and kept people informed i dont think any one would get annoyed.

          If this is before sales service, imagine the after sales service.

          Legal dispute? on what grounds?
          Threatening a customer with legal action when he is after an update on his purchase is fine?

          Not keeping you customers informed and complete lack of communication is fine?

          Telling a customer to shut up is fine?

          Saying that you will make the customer wait the whole 21 days on purpose is fine?

          Saying you will Lodge a complaint with paypal before you do on baseless grounds is fine?

          Dont worry, ill make sure i keep other informed about your customer service and attitude towards the customer on all your other deals.

          Rather than trying to fix things and move alone, you just want to make things worse. A simple update would have been fine rather then the agression you displayed. Instead you choose to ignore this thread and just come back one day and get aggressive with paying customers waiting for a product they paid for.

          And dont forget, i actually upvoted this deal up untill yesterday. but i wont make that mistake again.

          These comments are damaging to our business and as we are not trading beyond our terms please do not post these comments. Whether or not you received it quickly first time does not guarantee you the same Shipping time every time . You are trying to extract blood from a stone.

If its in your trading terms then what are you so worried about? It clearly stating that if you cant wait 9 days dont order from these guys. ur the one who is making a big deal of things.

          But what you have made clear for everyone to see it the way you treat paying customers. I dont have to tell people that. they can read that for them self. slow shipping is one thing, lack of respect for the customer is another.

    you seemed to start complaining from day 3 and thus counted each day as to make some sort of public outcry as if you were waiting on a bag of rice to feed your family. its a bed topper and so what if it takes a week or more? did the webiste promise immediate delivery? i read the terms before i made my purchase and was prepared to wait the 14 days. i received my topper after about 1 week and thats fine. havent used it yet. may save it for next winter. its my second purchase from this company and so far so good for me.

      When there is a lack of communication any one will complain. If the rep ha stated nicely right from the start that look it will take about 14-21 days i would not have had an issue. instead he just ignored all communication. then when he come back and comments, he is rude about it.

      Are you condoning his attitude that he will on purpose not ship it for 21 days? is that what ur idea of good customer service is? is this how you like to be treated by a retailer? or told to shut up?

      And by the way, the reason i needed it quickly was cuz it was supposed to be a gift. Its now not going to make it in time for it. Shame as i was actually going to order more if that person liked it.

    i think the shipping terms state 14-21 days so you should have seen that, its one of the 1st things i check when i buy online. I am guessing you are of a young age and you need to get over things and not stress so much. you will go grey and bald too fast. i dont see how he ignored you, i see he had some early communication with you. anyway hun, get over it.
