  • Not falling for it. I got 30% in the end last time when they ran a 50% cashback, which is the price before markup. Disputed but nothing happened.

    I don't share the same experience, mine have all tracked, and if not I have raised a ticket and paid out.

    • Same. Some have taken longer than expected but all have tracked and paid, which is more than I can say for the others.

      @Gronkmaster69 if its on pending, it has tracked successfully, the retailer just needs to confirm it and pay us, so we can then pay you. The whole cashback process is estimated to take about 12 weeks. However, we keep you updated on the progress. Many thanks for your patience.

  • Given my past experience i cant trust this website.
    Still waiting for $ cash back from boxing day sale.
    I have been chasing up but no luck, even submitted invoice, screenshots etc.
    If they seem to drag it for extended period for smaller amoung like $, dont want put my self dealing with them for bigger cash backs.

    Multiple transactions with Menulog and other stores not tracked across TopCashback, screenrecord and be ready to return / lodge a ticket (Which they might deny anyway)

  • Tracked for me. But interestingly for a bit lower than expected.
    Cart was $22 (before delivery & fees, $25.69 after)
    Cashback is $7.13 with a purchase price of $17.82.
    Even after accounting for GST that still seems a little low.

  • did you guys have it tracked straight after the purchased? mine didnt, wondering if i need to wait few days.

    • Took about 5 minutes for the tracking to show up, but the total amount tracked was incorrect - like few others have noted.

    Good on you for trying to help people out but it seems TopCashback isn't making your job easy by their behaviour. My limited experience is also terrible i'm afraid. Nonetheless do keep trying.

  • Well surprise surprise my $51 cashback from our menulog purchase had not tracked.

    How comes with these companies the small cashbacks seem to track perfectly but as soon as you spend some real money on a decent catch back it doesn't get tracked

    Very unhappy but sort of expected
