Good luck, if it breaks in 13 months

  • How does this compare to the Roborock Q Revo?

  • Waiting for $1K.

Considering the heat was at $1699 recently, and is apparently at $1600 at Jb commercial - the regular L10s probably isn't worth the cost until $1200 or so.

    • I got the Heat version for $1599 via a one day JB perks deal a few weeks ago. Agreed that with its functions, the standard one will need to be several hundred less to make sense.

Good news that this vacuum is supported by Valetudo!

I've got a Roborock S5 which works well enough, but I've never been impressed by the mopping ability.
Feels like a lot extra to pay for the fancy features, does anyone have any experiences with this model?

    • In terms of pure mopping effectiveness I'm not aware of any that do a particularly great job, just varying degrees of acceptable.
This review shows an example of how much dirt was left on the floor after a mopping pass, including an example of the l10s ultra

edit: It seems like that eufy robot performs pretty well with mopping, but it seemed to perform pretty poorly in all other categories so I'm not sure I'd recommend it

Still in early stages, but it's looking like the heat will be getting support too.

  • Why buy these when cheaper options exist with the same feature set? E.g Lublulu
