Transfering Large AUD Amount from Overseas

So got some AUD currency in foreign (overseas) multicurrency bank account to transfer to AUD in Australian bank account.

What's the best low fee money remitter for this? and not via the SWIFT bank transfer which can take up to 5 business days to receive.

Wise. Takes a few minutes, so good. When I moved back from overseas I drained my foreign bank account in stages and it was super easy
