Why even pretend that a surface area in the order of 8 x 11 cm can effectively completely charge a 6000Ma battery @ 3.7v. in 48 hours?

    Utter bull.

    • The solar panel is small due to the size of the power bank, we have more powerful solar panel pack (3W/7W) to charge them much quickly.

  • $30 for a 6000mah hour battery is quite good. ty

    • If its really 6000mA…

It's real 6000mAh battery, total output is about 4800mAh, we tested them, don't expect 6000mAh output, it will consume some power during converting. It can charge iPhone 3 times, and iPad 70%.

maybe someone should invent a dynamo charger to be mounted in bikes and gym trainers. "Want to use your ipad? get off that lard ass and cycle!"

    • fantastic idea. iPads should not even come with a battery at all!

  • Similar on Ebay 5000mah for around $20-$26 -

  • how long does it take to fully charge the 6000mAh unit by solar have u guys tried?

  • This needs to have (38.06 / 19.99 * 5000) 9000mAh to exceed an ebay bar gain.

Or, as you put it, output to charge Large tablet 100%, time issue notwithstanding.

While the solar charger is a gimmick really, the battery pack is useful - I have a couple of similar already.
