  Hmmm replica furniture at a fraction of the price of the original. i wonder if this place has the license to reproduce designer furniture. hmm i guess it's like ladies handbags… those that cant afford the real deal swear by the quality of fakes and how much they are really saving.. you are only decieving yourself…

  What a rubbish comment, the originals were mostly made decades ago and are now antiques.

  The quality of the reproductions is excellent, many people worldwide have replica Eames and Le Corbusier amongst others and as long as you get good reproductions who cares.

  Why is my voucher (living social, waste of money) not working?
  Why are some products not free shipping?
  What does that asterisk on FREE SHIPPING mean?
  Why is there no-one on Live Chat?

  there is a difference between an authorised reproduction and a knock off…

  people like herman miller work hard to uphold the reputation of the eames name and designs. an eames lounge an ottoman reproduced by herman miller and sold at living edge is about $6000 a reproduction of that whether it is authorised or not is sold at milan direct for $1000.

  people work hard for patents and copyright. if you think an unautorised reproduction of a design is ok …

  then continue to wear your fake polo's, carry your fake gucci bag, watch your pirated movie and listen to your illegally downloaded music on your IPhone that you bought half price from a junkie that stole it from a store.

  i'll keep my conscience and buy stuff that i can afford.

    Again, rubbish comment. So you are saying it is absolutely fine for me to buy a reproduction by a brand name in comparison to a reproduction from someone else?

    Then you insult me, based on what information?

    I have nothing to prove to you about what I can afford, or what I choose to spend my money on, and I'm going to stop short at insulting you - your words will no doubt lead everyone to the correct conclusions without me spelling it out.

    I don't think you have to feel bad for the Eames couple, since they died 30 years ago (while fantastically rich)

    These aren't particularly high quality repros (horrible veneer on my friends bookcase) but life is too short to get mad over things like this

  OK so vouchers are not valid as all items with free shipping are classed as 'sales items' - i've had this direct from milan direct. (lol)

  Pretty average imo - and their shipping charges are completely ridiculous - I wish i'd looked closer before getting this damned voucher that i am loathed to use.

  For those of you in Perth try designdirect.com.au you can go to the physical store and look at stuff, very similar range.

  Worst store in existence. Found guilty of making chairs below Australian standards.

  The chair broke twice within two week.

  I never got my money back they only wanted to give more crap furniture.
