I applied a free .asia domain at the end of October (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/79404). However, I haven't got mine so far, as the status is still on pending. I sent an email enquiring the free domain. However, I had no response for several days.
So I rang Crazy Domains on Saturday and greeted by a rude consultant and got hung up. On the second call, I found out it was on pending due to fraud investigations. I explained that it was a free domain offer from their recent Halloween free offer. The consultant told me it will be escalated to registration department.
The status hasn't progressed so far. Has anyone experience the same issue?
Any experience to share regarding their domain hosting service? Are they reliable?
