      They've been around for 20 years…

      The insurance is no different to any other car hire insurance, that is, you pay extra to reduce the excess. All bookings are insured.

    Didn't realise keeping knowledge bases up-to-date is hiding stuff now…

    That's been the excess for as long as I've been a member. Very standard and able to be reduced for extra payment.
