      Happened to me once few months ago. Staff told me apparently it happened when we try to claim the free item together with the 10% discount. I raised it with support team and they compensated me with 2000 EDR points.

    Unrelated but interesting - these are made in Thailand and taste different to the Japanese ones. The Japanese Pocky have 'Pocky' written in gold writing. My local Foodworks has the Japanese ones for some reason….
