That's a very good price for what essentially are a pair of shoes that will last you a lifetime. I takes about 6 month for them to break in but well worth it.
Those soles look like they will pickup heaps of stains from the street, the upper leather looks great

Yes, they do look much better in that colour. Maybe it's that white stitching on black leather that doesn't work for me.
Been looking for a pair of Red Wing Moc Toes in Briar Oil Slick colour for a while. $100 less than what you'd find locally and free shipping too.
These have the good year welt construction and are recraftable too.
