  • They’re all literally the same business

    • Yes, all owned by Concept Ate, but Pattysmiths and Huxtaburger are run separately and have quite different menus

    • They even seem to be running multiple brands from the same shop, for example my local Pattysmiths also serves menu from Supreme Leader and Alabama Wings.

Alabama Chicken & Wings/Supreme Leader is one of the most horrible quality ghost kitchen deliveries around. Absolutely avoid.

Burnt burger bun and poorly put together.

This is their idea of coated tenders.

Raw on the inside chicken wing.

It's not a once-off either and plenty complaints from others.

Woah that’s pretty bad, I would definitely complain if I got those, especially the raw chicken wing.

    • FWIW I have always had good experiences with them at their Moorabbin store

You should feedback to that particular store, and if no improvement contact their headoffice (https://concepteight.com.au/#contact-us)
These sort of issues are usually due to the franchisee operator (of that store).

      • Mate says they did and were just offered a $15 voucher provided they downloaded and ordered through their dedicated app.

  • But not at all branches, I dont get it

    • I think it should be at all branches, probably best to wait until their stores open to see the availability.

I had the chicken burger from Southern Seoul Kelvin Grove today, the chicken was tender juicy and had the right crunch, bun was soft and fluffy. Sure I wouldn’t pay full price for it, but for $5 I had a good cheap feed and I left happy.
