Unfortunately, no, you only get access to courses via https://www.edx.org which is a third-party (even though originally founded by Harvard and MIT) learning platform.

A lot have a exam that only offered 1-2 times a year, so even if you finish content, still got to wait to do the actual exam.
I did neuro on Harvardx years ago but gave up waiting for the exam. Content is great

Sorry answered my own question, looks like CS50 is $219 (unsure if USD but I imagine so). Feel like that could be worthwhile.
