Heaps are Kurralta Park Coles but all expiry on 4th December.
I'd better get down there then. Expiry date hardly matters on sealed soft drinks.

Matter of taste….I think the sugar free is the best of the Mother lot.
With the amount of these that I drink, I am willing to put up with the taste.
Agreed, horrible rank taste, but the Coles 2x4 pack of 250ml for $5 about a month ago was too good to pass up. Just scull it fast and get that energy hit!

Coles have been having the 4 packs on these on sale the past few weeks. They are $8 for one pack or $5 for 2 packs, so works out $0.625 each when buying 2 packs. Have seen it in a number of Sydney stores (last saw them for this price yesterday).

Buy one pack, pay $8. Buy two packs, pay $5. Obviously you'd be silly to buy just one. Same deal seen in Adelaide.
The best before dates on the cans are in December 2012, so maybe sugar free Mother doesn't sell very well. I quite like it however and have been stocking up.
$5/pack is what you're missing.
FYI check the dates on them first - I've found some of them expires in December while some of the stocks expire in mid January.

Correct me if im wrong but those 4 pack cans are 250ml? so at 0.625c = 1.25 per 500ml so @ $1 for these 500ml cans they are cheaper.
I paid $4.85 for one at one of those dodgy convenience / gourmet type stores. They didn't have the price marked. I should have just said "pass" but I didn't.

Got the 2 x 4 pack 250ml last night Coles, have had them on special for a while.. Honestly I thought they would tase much worse.. I don't mind them at all
It's the same in Melb stores too. But they just never have stock on the shelf.
I couldn't find any Coles in the Prospect area which had the 500ml cans for $1, but plenty of stock of the "2 4x250ml for $5" packs. this is the equivalent of 4 500ml cans of mother for $5 so close enough (plus then i can have just 250ml at a time) :)
expiry on these are mid-december.
Saw heaps of these at Northcote VIC store in the drink chiller next to the checkouts.
Golden Circle Factory Outlet in Brisbane has them for 75c each or $16 for a case, that works out like 66c each
