yes, oportos have gone down hill since covid, now a meal with a large drink went from $14.5 to almost $20
They tell the employee to upsell or else they get written up
The 'upgrade' they made to the app about a year ago is absolutely horrible, such a poor experience now

They send you a email a week from expiry "Don't forget your Free Double Bondi Burger" (says "Expires in 7 days") so if you haven't received it yet you've still got plenty of time :)
Chips also seem to have the same 14 days.

First and only time I ordered from Oporto. Was in the drive thru.
Ordered edamame and kale side. Was given some tomato in a cup.

Two bad Oporto experiences in one week!
Today: their app was horrible for signing up. So I tried their mobile website. Typed the 2FA code wrong, then the website didn't allow a 2nd attempt.
Can't make a new account with that # because account already exists.
Can't login with that # because "User details not found".
Update: the chips offer has a $5 minimum spend
Not sure how Oporto is still in business.
