The game may have been a critical fail but you can't deny it's a piece of gaming history what with the long development of that game! :P
I remember downloading this game, I'll be honest here as it was leaked a day early and my friend was waiting his preorder limited edition kit,
When I downloaded it I noticed it was only 550mb in size.. so tiny! considering we have bluray discs that can hold alot more then that.. the game itself was a huge let down.. but oh well! Hype does that! :)
We're hoping that at this price point one could justify the purchase as a "eh it's $10 bucks, let's see what the fuss was about" and give it a go. If nothing else it's a piece of gaming history to add to the collection! :p

At this point it's worth just having it and taking a look at it, even if it's just for novelty value.
It's a pretty solid shooter, worst things about it are the long load times and the dated humour.
Yeah, it's not a horrible game, it's just got some really bad humour. Not to mention the payoff after 10+ years of development was not worth it.
I know I'm not the only one who loved slapping the wall boob…
First batch of Duke Nukem ordered till about 10 minutes ago got ordered from my suppliers. If any more get sold I'll hold on to those orders until there are enough to justify another order's delivery fee from my supplier (we make cents per each of these sold). Or if there's another order that goes through I'll lump the Duke Nukem together with it.
Because I'm all outta bubblegum…
