    That's pretty crap, especially for an eBay seller based in Australia.

    Seller also blames bad eBay feedback due to listing items on eBay they don't even have in stock yet

    And another shocking stat on OzBargain:

    Basically spamming OzBargain.

    Rep also makes unfounded accusations about their competitors

    SUPER NEGATIVE experience. I was excited to receive this lovely comforter & it arrived quickly but there were dead BUGS clearly visible in the sealed (never opened) zipper bag. I contacted the seller (including pics) who told me to send it back but no label arrived. I wanted to figure out a resolution & order a new comforter but the seller was SO SLOW in responding. They discovered I was in America & they offered me a partial refund but then they just stopped communicating. Rude & unfair

    Seller did not dispatch goods for more than 2 weeks from order date as I could see Australia post had not received the tracking number. I tried to contact seller and only got reply once I lodged a claim with EBay. I would not recommend this supplier

    They advised they had posted my item and gave a tracking number but now told me they don’t have it in stock I’m waiting for a refund

    Have messaged seller 3 times over 2 weeks and have not received a reply

    Candle arrived broken and although I know seller received my message as he asked for photos he never replied afterwards and I had to contact EBay to assist

    Unfortunately this item was not available. A little disappointing. I think it's becoming too often on Ebay, that money is taken and items are not available. A week or more, before being notified, of the unavailable item

            @Lucille Bluth: But I have not personally had an issue with the retailer/product, and have no gauge on whether or not this deal is actually a deal or not.

            While I completely agree that they should be banned for threatening legal action when people expose the truth, that's more a report than a neg.

            And completely agree that it's dodgy to leave reviews on your own company to skew review scores, that's more a report than a neg.

    How is this store/ seller not banned yet. Threatening with legal action when members draw attention to concerns rather than addressing the concerns, doesn't go down well on this site. Neg for poor form and other issues highlighted above.

    How about, instead of using the dictator playbook approach, you take it as feedback to improve your deals? You cant threaten your way out of everything in life.

    Also reading through their eBay feedback profile, and there seems to be a major, concerning reoccurring theme… "I had an issue and contacted the seller and they will not contact me back…".

    Going to sue all the negative feedback users on eBay as well, champ?
