Could probably cook your popcorn!

More like my nipples

Don't people realise your body produces a massive amount of heat, so put your money towards a good quality jacket and you'll be very warm.
Also cheaper on Aliexpress anyway.

I thought so too. Until I got the Milwaukee jacket from the deal a month ago, and it’s the bomb.

I cnocur with cnut. Loving my heated Milwaukee jacket.
My dad has one as well and got one of these batteries which is a much nicer form factor. He said it is the bomb (not literally, so far at least anyway).

That battery looks way better than the original ones. That's my only complaint - they're bulky. Otherwise now I actually look forward to going out in the cold. 🤣

Make sure you stay away from AFP
@cnut
Pretty certain that was a joke.

As per above, cheaper on aliexpress, and will be able to get a decent jacket with this money anyway

I don't expect the average OzBargain user to spend Arc'teryx money on clothes, but their layering guide does a very good job explaining how to dress appropriately for different conditions https://arcteryx.com.au/pages/layering-guide

*yawn*
These are regularly $40 to $60 on AliExpress and/or eBay, so $270+ is a joke.

Easily found cheaper elsewhere

Cheaper of AliExpress without much effort as per above comments.

Cheaper on Aliexpress.
The lack of effort is wild - last time you tried to post this at $175 you got 6 downvotes. This time at $100 more?

the last time I strapped electronics to my chest under a jacket I got into a lot of trouble with the AFP
