Amazon matching Soundcore direct price again for the Motion X500 , like they did with the X600.
comments on previous deals recommend the X600 over the X500.

2nd price drop and all time low on the new Boom 2 (2024) which is said to have better bass and sound than the JBL Xtreme 3 (and Xtreme 4) which is currently $275 on Amazon.

    yeah but Amazon’s deal is over I think.

    you can try checking all colours of X600 from Soundcore direct (this was still going afaik when I posted the Amazon X600 deal). https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/854517

    at the time that deal was posted some users could stack a EOFY coupon and first time newsletter sign up coupon and get it for around $111.

        yeah I passed on the X600 too. don’t need it and $100 in your pocket isn’t nothing.

            @Jimothy Wongingtons: about what it’s worth imo. I think normal $279-$299 price of X600 is like 200% markup.
            usually with smaller end BT speakers value just isn’t there and people blown away by the sound are just experiencing new product hype.
            X600 is not exactly tiny though.

            but for roughly the same price you get much more speaker compared to Motion 300 which is $119 on Amazon right now.
            add to that soundcore stuff is lower priced to begin with so I think X600 at deal price is worth it and better value than X500 in this deal.

            Boom 2 even with it’s high new model early sale price looks like a bargain at $175 next to same size JBL speaker.

              @harshbdmmaster718: Agreed. I bought the x600 on special for approx $100. All of the youtube reviews claiming that it is brilliant are just paid promos in my opinion. It's a "good" speaker but not worth more than $100 or $120.
