  I purchased some iphone 5 cables a few weeks ago and one has already broken. What's your replacement policy?
  I have emailed your contact on the sales order. But I am sure everyone on ozbargain would like to know, if this happens regularly and what quality these cables are.

  And also didnt get the promised freebie.

    i will send you a replacement and your missing freebie, im so sorry - if i had known we missed your freebie, i would have sent it to you already.

    our faulty policy is that you return the item and we can replace or refund it for you,
    i can also refund your postage or if you have the original postage back you can return to sender it.

    can you let me know what the issue is with the cable? was it originally working and since broken?
    we have a new supplier (since last week) and our new cables are better quality so anyone who has one of the original cables if welcome to send it back for a replacement if they are unhappy with their current product.

    a batch of the products we got from a particular supplier were faulty and we have stock coming in on monday - i am sorry for the delay but we want to make sure that all the products we are sending out are working and good quality.

        unfortunately you did not choose registered post so i cannot track your order with australia post.

        once we ship the item, its really out of our hands but please let me know if you dont receive it by tuesday as i may need to make a claim with them if they have lost it

    customer service is important, we could have shipped out those orders but the quality of the products wasnt good and although we know these are 3rd party products, we want them to last for our customers.

    i would rather remunerate people than give them dodgy products.
    we are testing everything before we ship now to try to ensure no one gets a faulty product

    No sorry, I don't think there are any 3rd party adapters that support audio out at this stage.

  I just want an adapter to sit on top of my bedside soeaker dock. Will the adapter:

  A) still let the phone stand up like the 30 pin one did

  B) be future proof (or work with future software updates)?

    yes it can sit on top of the adapter, if there is no backsupport it will lean back but i have found it to be quite sturdy anyway, but thats why some people get the adapter cable so they can charge and just have their phone sitting next to the dock.

    we know that the adapters are definitely working with 6.1, we are offering a year warranty (relaxed policy) on all our products so if they dont work for any reason you can return for a replacement or refund.

    that said it is extremely unlikely that an IOS update will block the adapters or cables.

    please note that the adapters will NOT do audio out so you cannot play music through the adapter / speaker dock.

  Why is this deal for an Iphone 4 cable and Iphone 5 adaptor/another cable? Surely a iphone 5 cable + adapter would be a better bundle? Is there anyway this can happen?

  Already ordered 2xcables from you last week, received in record time, though even light use has seen the joins near the tip revealing the inside cabling :(
