Decent, Cheap Laptop for around $700

I am hoping to get a cheap, decent laptop.

I was originally going to get a ux31a zenbook but they are still pretty damn expensive for the price.

I am pretty keen on:

Seems to have some ok specs for the price, wondering if you guys have seen anything with better specs for around the same price or cheaper (not too keen on 17 inches, battery life and heat issues with my last one).

Would prefer an onboard graphics card as the 4000 series still doesnt cut it for me (All I would use it for is dota2 though).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try Dell windows 7 chuck out, 15.6" 1tb + 4gb $699.00 not sure if still available.
