What is so special about these candles and why do they cost so much?

They also completely fragrance the space they are in. All scented candles promise to do this but these actually work!

Why do they cost so much in Australia?
Same as most other products in Australia. Staff, taxes etc. Blame the government!

    I bought a few of these when i knew one of the store owners in Perth (lovely lady), best way to check out if you like the scent is smell the lid :)

    Really nice candles, but yes - expensive!

    If you're only going for a small order, the deal isn't great. Holy Sheet! sell small jars for $17.55, medium for $35.50 and large for $45.50. Compared to this deal (15% off) roughly $17.20 small, $32.70 medium, $38.20 large. And Holy Sheet! have lots of physical stores.

    Also, while their range is smaller, Candle Cottage do small for $15, medium for $30 and large for $40, with a $15 shipping cap. They also say you can email them for extra scents.

    You can get them even cheaper on eBay (small = $12 + $6.50 shipping).

    Might not be so bad if you are going for the $100+ order comprised of large candles, but if you're looking for lots of small candles, or just a handful, this isn't the deal for you.
