  Cashback is not available through the Trip.com app

  I'm pretty sure it is available through the app, last time it tracked through the app all good, and it doesn't mention anything in the terms.

    I’ve got Cashback through the app like 5 times, although admittedly 4 out of those 5 times I’ve had to put a manual claim in

      Hm interesting, I booked during the last 17% through the app and all tracked normally. This was a couple months ago though.

    Interesting. From the SB Trip.com cashback page, under T&Cs:

    Cashback is available only if you visit the Trip.com website via our platform.

    or app is after website for stores such as eBay.

      Yeah it said the same thing last time but the app still worked so ideally should this time.

  I booked two hotel, first one tracked in 20 mins but 2nd one hasn't tracked after two hours. anyone the same?
