    i am sorry you have been waiting so long
    unfortunately you have not chosen registered post so i cant get australia post to return your shipment
    please be patient, im sure its not far away
    when you receive it, if you still dont want it you can just put return to sender on the item and i will refund you on its return

  Hi Everyone
  i just want to explain the situation of how there are many delays.
  we use a local australia post office on sturt st here in adelaide,
  the franchise is run by just 1 guy and we have obviously overloaded him with thousands of packages
  and between walk in customers and his regular duties, several deliveries have been delayed.
  we sincerely apologize the delay and we are thinking of ways in how we can compensate those who have been waiting.

  we appreciate your continued patience and hope you understand that we really are doing the best we can.

  here are some changes we have implemented for future (lessons learned):

  1 - we will now be shipping orders via the gpo to ensure they can be handled from australia posts end much quicker

  2 - we have hired an agent to test all our products before receiving them to save our handling time, we will still be testing random cables to ensure they are working

  3 - we have more help on hand now to shorten processing times at clickship

  4 - in future we will be offering an order before 2pm to get same day shipment service at no extra cost to customers.

  5 - we have got an account now with toll and many registered deliveries outside australia posts express network will be shipped with this service which is generally next day.

  we are busy chasing your orders with australia post and making them a priority to be delivered as quickly as possible, we appreciate your continued patience at this time.

  anyone who is unhappy with their order, our service or in general is welcome to return the products via "return to sender" and get a refund.

      Wave 1 - delayed deliveries
      Wave 2 - damaged stock
      Wave 3 - stock lost by courier
      Not always in order but always in 3s
      Hopefully being close to Xmas they will take more care with their parcels

    Any orders placed now will be packed and shipped same day. Express post will be delivered Monday in the Australia post network- you can check your post code on their website to see if your in their zoning.

    Regular mail is 1-7 days but being so close to Xmas it might be longer.

    I recommend registered post so we can send you a consignment number to trace yourself. These are decided between Australia post and toll now. Toll seems to be on the bal so we will try to ship with them first

  Another one not received here.
  I wouldn't bother compensating people with some sort of free item. Not economical as a once off with all overheads involved.
  Instead give a generous discount code if they are prepared to give you another go.
