Drop shipped by TW - its the Zinus Moiz - comes in a Zinus box and everything. Bunnings marketplace had it cheaper I found out after I purchased it as I didn’t realise it was drop shipped lol.

Thanks for the help! Appreciated. For those wanting this particular Bamboo bed base (I got the king) note that the 48 hour dispatch (displayed on the linked deal) after ordering might not be adhered to, e.g if ordering Early Saturday, as warehouses are closed weekends. Just sharing my experience. OP and rep is responsive however so appreciate the support. Rep also looking at updating timeframes on the website.

FYI i bought a king single through my deal and the bed didnt come with the legs for the middle support even though on the website they are advertised as part of the frame - after many months of emails and pics they were to hard to deal with - all i wanted was the 2 little legs for the middle of the bed from the base to floor. The bed frame needs support in the center so it doesn't sag or break. They understood but didn't care to send out any. I said ill send it back i don't want it. Got an email stating that send back at my cost. i sent a colorful email back to them and will never deal with them again. Mydeal is a website where dodgy Chinese manufacturers sell there cheap crap. A bit like alibaba and aliexpress. Mydeal passes the buck and gets the seller to respond - they are in favor of the seller, my issue never got resolved.
Absolute shit to deal with in any way,shape or form.

That sucks. I think consumer law states the business must pay or reimburse shipping costs if it's being returned because of an issue they won't resolve.

As a former Zinus metal frame owner, I'd like to point out a couple of things that may be important (also why I stopped using the frame):
The good points:
Easy to assemble and more sturdy than wooden frames.
Lots of space underneath to fit storage boxes, suitcases, etc.
Lightweight and easy to move around, and can support a lot of weight.
Also, I bought mine from Amazon where they have deals/discounts often and free shipping.
The frame doesn't have any support on the sides to keep the mattress in place, so your mattress will keep on moving to a side depending on how active you are while sleeping.
Thanks for highlighting this, I am assuming it doesn't just move while sleeping but while you are getting on the bed? I want to buy this for the guest room but if the mattress keeps rolling then its a deal breaker.
It moves slightly while sleeping but not enough to be an issue, especially if the bed is next to a wall, length wise.
I noticed it a lot more when the bed was away from wall.
Anyone have one of these, preferably the king size? I'd like to know how sturdy and quiet it is.
