    I know this isn't for the flavour of the deal but just a PSA, don't buy the Vegemite flavoured ones. They're horrifically bland without extra things added

    4.5g of protein per hundred. what is even in these things. At least that's an improvement over the 2g per hundred in the spicy chicken noodles I got.

        Nah I'll just stick to my Italian made pasta 14g protein because it's good quality. The worse the quality ingredients the lower the protein good rule.
