Take that review with a grain of salt.
It's obvious that 4G LTE connectivity will drain your battery faster than a normal 3G phone. But user reports are that the battery life improves after a few discharge/recharge cycles.
Personally my S3 4G lasts pretty much up until about midnight when I go to bed. Yes my S2 would last longer with perhaps 20-30% more remaining but I can still see out a full day of use.
There are reports of a larger capacity battery coming, but I haven't seen it yet.
Also remember that even in a 3G area, the 4G version will be faster as it has DC-HSPA - double (42 v 21) the 3G speed of other phones without normal HSPA+.
Lastly the other key difference is 2gb RAM v 1gb.
I purchased a 2400amh PolarCell battery, heard good things about them.

But when it comes to phones, they are not worth the risk of dealing with. It's only cheaper if a)you get what you ordered and paid for, and b)if they honour the warranty they claim to provide, which a}you won't and b)they don't.
So they don't actually deliver the phone you purchase? They just rip you off?
I think the reason behind it is that eglobal is based in Hongkong while uniquemobiles is in Brisbane.
