  How do I claim TRS refund? I havent got a tax invoice - neither in email nor with the product, the order confirmation email doesn’t have enough details to submit the claim either.
  The website is not allowing download of invoice - getting some error like the invoice will be available after all items are shipped. I have recieved my laptop, looks decent, haven’t don’t much as it is for my dad and am taking it overseas but that was the only item in the order. Any thoughts please ?
