1561

Hey guys. Nice promo again for all the travellers out there. Ensure you change the currency to AUD prior to purchase. eSIM activation period expires 3 months from purchase date. Promo ends 23:59 AEDT today unless withdrawn earlier. Cashback reverts to 90% for UAE eSIMs and 10% for everything else after this promo. Stay safe, and enjoy 📱☺️✈️

Very Important:

  • Using any discount codes is not permitted for this promo and will deem cashback ineligible (will track at $0).
  • One (1) transaction only per member is permitted. Subsequent orders will not track and cannot be claimed.
  • Cashback is ineligible for purchases made via the FlexiRoam app.

Tips:

For tracking success, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be the very last click/tap prior to purchase. Try our iOS/Android mobile app for improved tracking results. Use our Help Centre & Contact form here for any questions, issues, or claims.

  • pay with au master card has international fee or not?

  • why everyone choose regional plan, not single country plan.
mostly you will only travel to one place isnt it?

Just discovered I am unable to receive any cash back as apparently my account has not been authenticated. Yet I can't authenticate because it's already been done… So basically can't access the money I am due for no reason and I've had 3 unanswered supports raised.

Hi. This is so easily resolved by just asking me. Also, exactly how are you contacting support please? Are you using this link:

      https://www.topcashback.com.au/account/enquiries/tickets/sub…

Please message me your TCB email address. Thank you.

      • -8

I have contacted support on that link 3 times, as I have said. I should not have to go out of my way to complete something that has already been done. So "easily" is not something that should be said.

Hi again. I’m trying to help. Please message me your email address. If you’ve contacted us via that address and not had a response beyond an initial request for an explanation, it’s possible something is up with your account.

        • +5

Ok. Thanks for providing your details. So you reached out three times. The last time was just 30 minutes ago. Unfortunately we don’t have capabilities to respond so quickly. Previous two times we responded in a timely manner (same day) and tried to guide you on how to verify the account. So what you stated above about us not responding is incorrect.

We have now verified your account manually so you should be able to withdraw. Also note you have a secondary account against our terms of service.

I trust I’ve been helpful in my responses and hope you’ll reconsider your vote given the details above. Feel free to reach out if you require anything further. TA.

              @Nand0sx:

your history of not delivering is evident.

Where exactly is this history please? I’m not here to argue, but I will stand firm on what’s right. Making public accusations about something that is incorrect is something I’ll always defend.

Please advise if you’d like me to provide screenshots of our responses to you here. Thank you.

@Nand0sx: I don't want to embarrass you further, but in the interests of putting this to bed here's a screenshot of your support page in your account. I won't show the contents of the messages, but you can clearly see you have 3 responses. The last two you've not read (shows New Message in green). I believe that's proof enough we've responded on each occasion. All the best.

@Nand0sx: I'm defending your false claims. And with all the evidence above you're still saying I'm the one providing misleading information? This has nothing to do with public image. I politely tried to help from the outset, but you chose to go off on a different tangent. If you don't like or appreciate the service, there's plenty of alternatives. Anyway, I'm done. Enjoy the funds you've successfully withdrawn and have a wonderful weekend. All the best.

                  @Nand0sx:

I suggest your spend more time on providing a better service and product than you do trying to defend yourself on here.

I suggest you go to Specsavers first before running your mouth with false claims. TA provided proof that customer service had replied and you're denying it. The proof is crystal clear to me.

TA has surely provided a better service than other cashback reps on OzBargain (aka on the speed of reply and providing a resolution than ShopBack)

How about instead can I suggest you spend more time on providing helpful comments that are relevant?

Also it’s “you”, and not “your” lol

                  @Nand0sx: You're embarrassing yourself, buddy.
Just follow the rules and don't be a twit!

I have officially run out of negs specifically on your comments (well done)

  • Didn't switch currency to AUD and paid in USD with no bank fee mastercard, ended up paying $18.29 but only getting $17.97 cashback. :(

  • I got one free esim 3gb data plan for 14 days from 28degrees on the other day and haven't activated as yet. Will activate in mid Dec when travelling to Indonesia. Now I am adding 5gb for 30 days plan. Do I need to activate both at the same time ? Can I activate one and when the data runs out or after 14 days, then I activate the other one ?
OR if I activate both at the same time, will the 14 days one used first until whichever occurs first (either 3gb used up or after 14 days) OR it will be an automatic use for a total of 8gb for 44 days ? Cheers

  • Got a plan, lets see if the cashback is tracked

  • My wife's account tracked, but mine one, which I purchased the esim first, has not tracked as yet. Been 2 hours now.

  • Made a purchase 10:59pm EST hope it tracked

    • +1

      Tracked

  • Just wondering how long does it take for the FlexiRoam Cashback to reach the payable stage as I notice different retailers have different payable timing?

  • Mine is not tracking too. Made purchase via tcb app on iphone. I deleted the flexiroam app too. Last deal it tracked properly.

    • You're not alone. I did all on websites, not tracking either

    • @tightarse just realized that it's not even in the list of My Visited Merchants, only in My Browsed Merchants.

although it's listed on Clicks to Merchants

      FlexiRoam Travel eSIM 08 Nov 2024 20:04

so should I submit a claim after 7 days?
or if i'm not mistaken, you said somewhere it's possible to cancel the order with flexiroam?

      thank you.

  • @tightarse did you know there is a 2.4-2.5% credit card surcharge even if you select AUD?

    • Thats ur bank. Use up, no surcharge. Or other such as revolut etc

      • I know that's my bank…. I'm just saying it would of been good if the post had something like foreign exchange fees apply so please use a card with no surcharge

        What got me is this:

        >
Ensure you change the currency to AUD prior to purchase

I thought it meant it will charge AUD but really it's just to see how much in AUD is tracked

There are overseas companies that are also Australian based and can charge the AUD without the foreign surcharge e.g. Cathay Pacific, Agoda, Trip, com

  • Thanks TA, although I would have been happy to wait the quoted tracking times….mine tracked within the day of purchase

  • Didn't track at the end, have to raise missing cashback, have no confident it'd work :(
