  • how long does shipping take?

    • +1

      3-15 days apparently

      • ordered one hopefully it shows up before I head of for holidays

    • Hi,

      Sorry to reply late.

Usually it takes 20-30 days (if you can't get the item after 45 days, you can get refund back.) with free shipping. If you pay for the shipping it will be quicker than that.

However, Christmas is coming so the shipping is busy now, so it may take more time. Hope that you can understand. If you can't get the item after 45 days, just contact me: [email protected] and you can get the refund back.

      • Hi Rep,

I haven't received my item yet unitl now 26 Jan 2013. This is my order number 21868645. Anyway,
dispute escalated to paypal since no response from tmart. Bad experience for first time tmart buyer. never buy again from you.

        • Hi, sonic2011,

I have replied you in mail. Still have any questions, just ask me.
I'd love to hear from you. :)

  • Great post. Bought one. You can only use the discount code once on the one account, and it is limited to no more than one purchase of this item.

  • hopefully will hold my phone when I want to use it for navigation

    • +4

your phone has a 1/4" tripod mount?

      • +3

Nice phone if it does. Surely it must be an iPhone then.

        • Ooooh looks like the iPhone crowd have tried to downvote me for bagging their precious iPhone!

        • +8

Indeed. The iPhone 6 will sport a 1/4" mount, and will need an adapter to fill that mounting hole, so that it can be mounted like previous iPhones. It of course will not be known as the iPhone 6, but as "the new iPhone with 'retina' display and camera mounting hole". Highly innovative by Apple standards. ;)

      • sadly my phone, galaxy s 2, doesnt have tripod mount

Grab one of these too and it should work?

      • hmmm i might just do that!

  • I'm going to mount a Red Epic on it.

    • +3

it will be EPIC when your $1.65 mount fails and yes, you will be Red!! :$

  • Got one for my Sony Action Cam :D

    Hi Leftdrop,

how much weight can it support?

    • thats seems the most important question…

    • I think any answer would be inaccurate. It would depend on so many factors. How clean your windscreen (or other surface) was when you mounted it. How hot/cold it was when you mounted it, and how hot/cold it was when it was in use. How bumpy the road is you're traveling down etc etc. Sorry, I know I might sound like I'm being a smart arse, but I've had GPS mounts hold a GPS rock solid with daily mounts and dismounts, and then just mysteriously fall off overnight with no really good reason. I'm guessing this thing could probably hold up to 0.5kg for a short period of time, if you were not off-roading. I'd be inclined to have something for whatever you're going to mount with it to fall in to, so that it wouldn't get damaged.

    • An answer that said it holds 0.5 kg on a good day, would help rule out even trying for some devices.

True, I've had my genuine Nokia mobile phone holder fall off once or twice, after applying suction.

  • Can it mount on house windows?

    • Hi, cminez,

It can mount on house windows.

  • +1

This is very cheap most likely for a particular reason. Unless Leftdrop wants to indicate otherwise, like some mini tripods I've seen this may be100% plastic. Yes, that means the ball joint and the ¼" screw too. Be careful - if you overtighten you can expect it to snap off in the camera.

  • Wanted something like this to mount a baby monitor/video camera for my daughter for my grandson.

$1.65 looked like an unreal price but when I came to buy I had to pay $3.85 as the coupon code (as by Paypal) could ONLY be used 150 times :(

    Thanks anyway :)

  • +1

"This coupon could only be used 150 times."

    • +2

found out only after registering, and now they have my email address

  • -2

If the code can only be used 150 times, then the expiry date is wrong - and it isn't stated anywhere on the post that it's only for the 1st 150 users.

    • Hi, sorry to reply you late for I have a day off. Usually we set a certain amount for promoting and a certain date before it expires. Within the date, if the items are sold out we will make it expired or if reach the date it wil be marked as expired automatically.

We will try to make everything clear includes the amount as possible.

  • I've had a terrible experience with Tmart on my first order. Item was shipped 20 days ago and I still haven't received it. They claim their shipping is 3-14 days…

    • Hello billybrown,

Can you please let me know your order number? Then I can check it for you.
      Thank you.

      • Rep, why haven't you marked this as expired?
It looks like you are just trying to harvest email addresses if you don't let people know it has expired after louwin and muncan mentioned it more than 9.5 hours ago…

      • PM'd you

  • Billybrown, you obviously haven't ordered much from the many free-ship China gadget sites, or taken account of customs etc. Average (non-expedited, non-referenced to the U.S.) delivery from the likes of Tmart is about a month. I've only had a couple arrive in a fortnight, some at the three week mark, lots at four to five, and the last (from DX) a horrible two days shy of eight weeks. Time-wise, you pays your (little) money and you takes your chances…

  • Leftdrop - so, is the mount entirely made of plastic?

    • Hi, Tas,

It is all made of plastice except the screws.

  • damnit expired!

  • -2

    Expired only allowed 150 times

  • ARGHHHHHH EXPIRED!!!!! PLEASE UPDATE POST!

  • Yup, Expired! Just decided it was a great deal after sleeping on it, and, gone :(
