            Then I cancel the order with Flexiroam chat, and use the laptop browser to order with the wallet credit again, wait for an hour now but still didn't track

    I had an interesting experience with them. I went from Hong Kong to NYC then back to HK. I was quite happy with the experience at HK and NYC but when I went back to HK I think my esim got really confused and I had no connection. I had to spend about 5 or so hours working out what was wrong with FlexiRoam support. I found the support okay, they're pretty nice but sometimes take a while to respond like 20-30 min. It was via webportal or you can do whatsapp (definitely preferred).

    I think I'll try them again, but if you switch between multiple plans you may have problems. (I got two different plans for my trip, but its attached to one esim)

  • Flexiroam charged my card twice - I now have to go through the hassle of trying to recover one of the two charges. And I hope that doesn't screw up my cashback.

  • So I bought 2 identical plans thinking I'll use one and family member will use the other while we're overseas.

    But they only supply one esim per account. So I could use the plans sequentially, but not at the same time in 2 different devices.

    Live chat has offered to convert one of the plans into wallet credit which will last 2 years.

So, from comments I can see need to log online before going overseas and activate the plan in Flexirom account. what happens when I land overseas, do i leave my physical oz sim in my phone, I have Moto G54 which is esim compatible.   • Bought one yesterday evening via mobile app. Still no tracking seen this morning. How long should I keep waiting?
    I go to the Topcashback app on my phone, click the Flexiroam deal, login to my Flexiroam account, purchase the China 3GB 30 days pack for $17.xx, and ensure to remove the promotional code, and paid with my apple pay linked to my credit card. @tightarse

      • Thank you Tightarse. I have submitted my order information to Topcashback, and it has been put 'on ice' until 4 December before Topcashback will ask Flexiroam. From there, Topcashback said it can take a few months. Would it usually take that long?

        Last time of this similar deal, I paid directly from my credit card (not apple pay) and the transaction was tracked by Topcashback within an hour. Not sure if it's a problem with apple pay?

          Have flagged this (Apple Pay) with FlexiRoam already. And please don't worry about the claim. Let it play out and you'll be fine. Shouldn't take a few months and I'm here should you need anything :)

  • Unfortunately mine hasn't tracked for both Flexiroam offers (this offer + 8/11/2024). Followed all instructions - disabled all extensions and completed transaction without clicking away. Amazon and Aliexpress have tracked fine though.

  • Bought 2 SIMs, the one activated on iPhone works the one on Android doesn't.
    Can't reinstall on iPhone because qr is invalid..

    Update: seems like the activation didn't go through for 1 SIM so had to manually activate on the website for it to start working.
    So working on Android now
