I just saw this and purchased it. Not as cheap as the earlier GMG sale, but I had trouble purchasing through them, so I'm glad this sale came along. I'm assuming it works in Australia, but as of yet haven't confirmed this, or finished the download. EDIT: Just finished downloading, size was about 15GB, can confirm it works in Australia.
I first tried to purchase through PayPal, but when I tried to do so it changed the price back to $60, not sure why this is, a bug on their end?

The Digital Deluxe Edition of Guild Wars 2 includes the following in-game items:

Edit - it WOULD be the cheapest if it was actually that price in USD. For some reason it shows 40 GBP for me, which is equivalent to 61 AUD. Which might explain your PayPal price. Maybe the prices are different depending on what zone you are in, as I am from EU. So this could be really nice if it works for Aus!
