  • is it free shipping to aus?

    • Looks like $95 USD for shipping to Australia so it probably kills a good priced deal!

    • Haha wishful thinking.

Comes up as $95ish for me which kills the deal imo.

    • no not to australia,i payed $785AUD delivered to sydney

  • i went through Amazon for the deal

    • Still not a bad price at $795 USD delivered by UPS.

Not the same model, S400CA-DH51T vs S400CA-CA012H. Any differences?

Note. JB spec appears wrong, seems to be 1.7ghz.

    • the i5 3317U vary between 1.7-2.6 so jb is not exactly incorrect

  • perhaps OP should put precise model code in title

  • Display 14.1" 1366x768 HD LED Touch Screen (Matte-Type), this kills the deal

  • Good Guys have the i5 on Catalogue sale (found it online yesterday) for $848.

  • It's getting to the point that screens like this are just mocking to customers.

  • +1

There seem to be 3 main models around at the moment Asus (I3) S400CA-CA08H (I5) S400CA-CA010H (I7)S400CA-CA016H although haven't seen the i7 anywhere yet and the I5's arent as easy to find as the I3. Specs seem the same other than processor. I sold an I5 one yesterday to a customer and was quite impressed. The touch screen is quite good although found the touchpad not quite as good as previous Asus laptops I have sold recently

  • Picked up an i5 version for $800 from Harvey Norman after showing the price from The Good Guys and doing a bit of haggling (with the salesmen at one point saying $818 was cost price, lol). I'd wager it will be cheaper after Christmas but I wanted one as a gift.
