          I think a week, from memory. My advice is to get your transfer done and send it in ASAP. Take photos and videos of the condition of the device, in case asurion contest it. Pay extra for registered mail so you can confirm it arrives at it's destination, so asurion can't claim that you haven't sent it.

          Email them your condition photos. Email them the confirmation that they've received it.

              @CodeXD: It's tracked, but by paying a bit extra for registered you get insurance included, so when asurion lose your device (which happens pretty regularly) you have some form of recourse.

                @wombat81: Just take photos and videos of the phone before you send it to them. Like I said it will already be registered tracking paid by asurion so paying more for insurance when it is already covered by asurion doesn't make sense.

                Asurion will actually send you the barcode to scan at auspost and you don't even need to print it out yourself. The whole process is great and easy, issue starts once it gets to Asurion and what they do with it.

                  @CodeXD: I'm aware of the process. I've done it a number of times.

                  Look, do what you like, but there are endless stories of asurion claiming devices never arrived despite them being tracked by auspost.

    I had a check of trade in phone prices and it actually says:

    Get up to $xxx until 21.01.2025

    So I think all the phone prices will actually drop right before the unpacked event on 23rd

      One thing I noticed is that a Fold 6 has less trade in value than a S24U (same capacity). What?? Lower trade in price for a 6 month newer model, with more expensive RRP. Disappointing. Hopefully they update it!!

    From past expereience, would it be better to buy via the EPP portal vs standard Samsung store? EPP might have better promo codes but doesn't work on the app for the 5% discount.

    Hi all, should I wait for the s24 to go on sale after 25 release.. or should I just totally avoid exynos and get the 25?
    I see the battery life of the exynos on 4G/5G suffers significantly vs the Snapdragon s24 which still has around 25% battery when the s24 exynos dies

      Go back through the years to see what amazing deals come out for the superceded model. It will be likely cheaper to buy an s25 with all the early discounts.

      From my usage of s24+ and the benchmarks online, they all point to exynos being better in battery but suffers slightly in performance. Where as Snapdragon had better performance but lower battery.

      Exynos only has a bad reputation because the "gap" between Snapdragon was way bigger, but they have done pretty well in terms of closing the gap and for most people they won't even know or care if they have a snapdragon or exynos which is why Samsung hasn't used it as a Advertising tool as to which chip it uses.

      If the gap was so large they could have used Snapdragon as an advertising tool when they released S23 since all versions were Snapdragon.

    Hi, I am planning to upgrade from the S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra, and I also want to purchase a Tab S10 Plus. I just wanted to know if a single voucher that I bought for $20, which will later turn into $100, can be applied as a discount for both items.

    I am also thinking of applying the education discount and Samsung app discount along with it. Is this the best way to make the purchase at the lowest price? I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

      Dont trade in just sell the s24 ultra.
      As ive seen by some comments you can do trade in for the lowest phone possible s7 edge and not send it in they hold the trade in value and i believe an admin fee of $30.

        else as far as we know according to the Terms condition is that it can be used on the phone as well
        until they change the terms
        and there is good legal argument we can make to them that it was not in the terms

    Hi I purchased $20 evoucher 15 hours ago and received tax invoice email from Samsung stating Your order has now been completed but I have-not received the voucher code in this email. Can any of my ozb friend tell me how long does it take to get a code. Is it 24 hrs. wait?

    Tried contacting customer care but as usual they are hopeless. she is asking to wait up to 72 hours to received the email when limited time promo starts in 1 day 18 hrs :-)
